Collection of data

Maui Properties will on occasion collect visitors' IP addresses to help diagnose
problems with servers and to administer its website. IP addresses will not

Information collected from forms
MauiProp.com uses forms for visitors to request information, products, and
services. Depending on the service, product, or information visitors request,
visitors' contact information (e.g. e-mail addresses or telephone numbers)
or financial information (e.g. credit card numbers) may be collected. Contact
information from these forms is used to send confirmation and rental information
between Maui Properties and it's customers. Visitors' contact information is
also used to get in touch with them when necessary. Visitors may opt out of
receiving future mailings. Financial information
that is collected is used to bill the customer for rental services.

MauiProp.com and Maui Properties provide users the opportunity to opt-out of
receiving communications from Maui Properties at the point where information

or share this information with any advertisers or advertising agencies.
If a customer places a request for customer service, the information that
may be collected is: e-mail address, name, phone number, or any other necessary
correspondence records. This information is voluntarily given by the customer,
and is used by Maui Properties only for the purpose of assisting the customer
with his or her problems. This information is not used for any other purpose.
Information collected by our staff or agents is not shared nor it is sold
to other parties. We do not sell or share this
information with advertisers or advertising agencies.
